8.3 Our maximum liability in relation to any product order is strictly limited to the purchase price paid by you for that order. 8.4 The Customer acknowledges that flowers are perishable and any complaints regarding quality must be made within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear evidence. Complaints made beyond this timeframe may not be considered for refund or replacement.
